Because customized and personalized products are created specifically for you, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, sizing selection, spelling error, incorrect information provided at checkout, or dissatisfaction with an approved design.

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, colors, sizes, and other customization details before submitting your order. Pepper & Lily Boutique is not responsible for errors included in the information provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the customization details submitted with your order, please contact us at orders@pepperandlily.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition while your request is being reviewed. Please do not return an item without receiving return instructions from us first.

Customization orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once artwork preparation or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or changed. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.

Turn the shirt inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with like colors using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design.

Each shirt is made to order, especially for you. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production and fulfillment before your order ships. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your Pepper & Lily Boutique item!
